]]>First and foremost, the majority of America rejects ObamaCare and supports its repeal. So you’ve got popular support. For the Democrats, that majority thing ought to be a biggie. After all, they’re all about direct democracy, aren’t they? Majority rules, right?
But as I’ve been quick to point out on many occasions, not everything that’s popular is right, and not everything that’s right is popular, so let’s look at some other motivations that might move our members of Congress to action.
Dems should consider that ObamaCare is about to undergo a major review by the Supreme Court. Even with Kagan participating and not (properly) recusing herself from the case – there is a very strong possibility that at least some part of ObamaCare will be struck down – if not in its entirety! This would deal a major blow to the party that rammed it through without a single GOP vote, after arm twisting and bribery by Pelosi, generally UNREAD, which had to be PASSED so we could know what’s in it! Not only was it bad law, passed in an unscrupulous manner against the will of the people, but SCOTUS will also give the slap of unconstitutionality to at least part of it. That stings.
Why not get out in front of this and defuse it by repealing ObamaCare and making a SCOTUS review moot?
And likewise, GOP, what if SCOTUS only finds PART of ObamaCare unconstitutional? Do you want to HAVE to live with any part they find legit enough not to strike down? Are you confident that Kennedy will hang tough with the conservatives on the Court ENOUGH to do away with ObamaCare? What kind of mixed bag of upheld and struck down provisions might we have to contend with?
But hey, Republicans, here’s the BEST reason to move on repeal. YOU PROMISED TO! You were ELECTED to! The whole point of the Mid-Term Elections was to put you in a position to. And you’ve forgotten all about it. That will not sit well come primary season!
Back to the Dems. Since you took the reins of Congress in January 2007, we watched the deficit climb from 120 Billion at the end of GOP control of Congress, to nearly 15 times that amount at 1.7 Trillion. We watched the National debt climb from 6 Trillion after 6 years of Bush and 2 wars to nearly 14 Trillion in 4 years of Pelosi/Reid. So whatever Bush Bashing you may do, and however much you seek to blame Bush and say Obama INHERITED his problems… the American People understand that you are the party of spending with reckless abandon. A reality, and a perception you may do well to strive to reverse!
The Super-Committee is charged with finding a Trillion in cuts over 10 years. A pittance! That’s really only 100 Billion a year… and they can’t do it! If the automatic cuts kick in, the military will be slashed, and lefty ideologues aside (as they represent only around 20% of the population) the people of America DO NOT want to see the military slashed by 500 Billion!
Repealing ObamaCare will save TRILLIONS over a decade. All by itself. Your precious spending programs don’t even have to be touched, and you can claim victory in achieving the spending reduction!
For the GOP, repealing ObamaCare is a victory fiscally, and ideologically, protecting individual rights, reigning in an egregious over-reach by the federal oligarchy.
For all of you. Repeal would result in an economic recovery far exceeding the wildest dreams or expectations of any program or stimulus the Administration has considered, offered or implemented! Companies, freed from the shackles of ObamaCare, would loosen the hiring constraints. Jobs, production, GDP and tax revenues would all climb – and true to Reagan’s quote… a rising tide does indeed lift all boats. And you could all claim credit for stimulating the economy out of the worst “recession” (depression) in our lifetimes at least!
Back to the Dems. Are you REALLY supportive of affordable healthcare for people? Then realize how many companies are ready to ABANDON providing care when ObamaCare is fully implemented!! I know many of you are idealogically committed to Single-Payer healthcare, and such a collapse of the private and employer provided market would leave a vacuum that you’d feel compelled to fill with Government care… but America resoundingly doesn’t want it! Given the choice between the private enterprise Hospitals like Barnes, Mayo, Mt Sinai, or Hopkins, and government care like say, a VA hospital, which do you think most Americans would opt for? Even if they pay for private insurance?
If ObamaCare is SO GOOD for people, why the waivers for so many FOD’s (Friends of Democrats)? And why is Congress exempt?
ObamaCare is a boondoggle. It’s an embarrassment to the Dems and CAUSED the massacre of 2010. It’s impractical. It’s unsustainable. And eliminating it will save TRILLIONS.
Truly. WHAT are y’all waiting for? How about a nice Christmas present THIS year? America said THANK YOU for Pelosi’s Christmas Present of 2009 with the November 2010 elections. Repeal for Christmas 2011 would be a present America would TRULY appreciate!

Auditors say this budget would produce $9.3 trillion in red ink over next decade. However, Budget Director Peter Orszag decided to spin the Congressional Budget Office’s economic projections: “they are probably more pessimistic than those of the President”. However, Orszag acknowledged, “…if the CBO projections are correct, Obama’s budget would produce unsustainable deficits.”
It’s almost impossible eliminating a $9.3 trillion dollar debt in ten decades. But Obama is not worried about total debt.
In his mind a debt will not be a problem if Socialism is there to save the day. The World Book Dictionary defines socialism as “…a system of social organization by which the major means of production and distribution, are owned, managed, or controlled by the government”. In other words, a total rejection of the US Constitution.
When the debt hits $9.3 trillion, each person in America will need to pay $31,000 just to eliminate the debt. Certainly, government can’t pay it. Obama won’t touch certain items for deficit reduction: e.g., a) United Nations, b) 15 major US Departments (e.g., DoJ/27.2 billion/yr), c) anything providing abortions.
Recent actions show exactly where Obama wants to go:
Obama is telling his audience that he will bypass Congress to enact as much of his agenda as possible through executive orders. He wants to implement policies through his (appointed) czars, and mandates issued by federal agencies. These strategies supposedly can get around any checks and balances established by the Constitution. Obama has already exclaimed publically: “We can’t wait for Congress to do its job, so where they won’t act, I will.”
President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have committed unlimited amounts of taxpayer money to defend the unconstitutional Obamacare. Now Dr. Donald Berwick (England’s National Health Service, appointed to run Obamacare), says rationing is inevitable. Obamacare is an unprecedented expansion of federal power and regulation.
Young people, and first-time voters were key to Obama’s victory in 2008. Stating “we can’t wait,” Obama announced executive plans for helping graduates with student loans. Current Unpaid student loans top $1 trillion. That debt will surely double with the relaxed restrictions. It seems obvious: News: Obama wants student loan payments lowered to shore up voting bloc .
Liberty Counsel shows many special interest groups (i.e., ACLU, Planned Parenthood (PP), GlSEN (Gay-Lesbian-Straight Education Network) etc., seem to continually get handed public funds. Planned Parenthood just hired Dana Singiser as VP for Government Relations. She had worked previously as a special assistant to the President in the White House.
Department of Energy’s (DoE) $535 million loan to bankrupt Solyndra. Another “green” company, First Solar received two loan guarantees just before the loans expired. Shortly thereafter, DoE sent an additional $4.7 billion in “green energy” loans to four other companies, and over $10 billion to 16 others.
Include a $529 million DoE grant to Fisker Automotive to build hybrid cars. But the cars are being assembled in Finland. In Massachusetts, Beacon Power received $67 million in assistance from the DoE, but has filed for bankruptcy protection.
Socialism forgets four things. 1) You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity. 2) What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. 3) The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. And, 4) You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
The real questions are why Obama is spending huge amounts of taxpayer money, with little hope of receiving any back. It seems we’ve been on the road to Socialism for a few years now. Can anyone say “World Bank”?

]]>Those experts bringing the message to the conference included Michael Shaw, founder of Freedom Advocates; Mike Coffman of Sovereignty International and myself. The three of us have been a team for more than 15 years, detailing every aspect of the Agenda 21 threat. At the Freedom Action National Conference we again teamed up to bring the very latest Agenda 21 information, including how it is being spread in community after community; the wide variety of names it hides behind; who are the perpetrators, who is ICLEI, and how Agenda 21 can be defeated.
In addition to these direct presentations on Agenda 21, the conference featured an incredible line up of leaders in the growing movement for Constitutional liberty. One attendee told me I had assembled the “brain trust” of the freedom movement. These experts connected the dots to Agenda 21 from such seemingly unrelated issues including Health care; illegal immigration; the growing international surveillance system, and the threat of fusion centers; the IRS and how to legally stand up to it; and the reasons why the push for a Constitutional Convention is a very bad idea.
The Freedom Action National Conference was also a gathering place for several influential state legislators, including Rep. Charles Key, of Oklahoma; Rep. Matt Shea, of Washington State; Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, of Pennsylvania; and Rep. Sam Rohrer, of Pennsylvania. These legislators met together during the conference and began working on legislation to take back to their states, and to recruit more legislators to the cause. The conference allowed them the opportunity to learn, compare notes and network with activists.
Best selling author, Tom Woods discussed the issue of Nullification and how it can be used to turn back bad policy like Agenda 21. Larry Pratt of Gun Owners of America connected the dots from gun control to Agenda 21. And Marc Morano, the nation’s leading expert on the Global Warming hoax, kept the crowd in constant laughter as he related the panic global warming scare mongers are experiencing as they see their issue collapsing around the world. Former presidential candidate and Constitution expert, Michael Badnarik gave the conference key note address, calling on the attendees to dedicate themselves to the principles of the Constitution. And Sheriff Richard Mack taught the gathering how county sheriffs can and should be the most powerful locally elected officials, fully able to keep intrusive federal officials under control.
From these dynamic presentations, the Freedom Action participants went into workshops to learn how to fight back against these policies. Education expert Beverly Eakman presented a workshop detailing how to disrupt pre-planned consensus meetings – the tactic most often used to enforce Agenda 21 policy on the local level. Dan Byfield of the American Stewards of Liberty delivered a powerful workshop on a valuable new tool for the fight on the local level – called “Coordination.” This was the major tool used to stop the Trans-Texas Corridor and is now being used in communities across the nation against Agenda 21 and intrusive federal policies. Campaign expert Barry Sheets taught attendees how to run an effective local campaign on very limited funds. And finally, media experts Sam Bushman, Gary Franchi, and George Sheperd united to teach how to use the media and social net works to get the message out and bypass a biased mainstream media. Each workshop was an invaluable lesson in effective activism.
As a result of the Freedom Action National Conference, activists started what has become a revolution in the fight to stop Agenda 21. Firestorms against Agenda 21 have erupted in communities across the nation, in city council and county commissioner meetings; in state legislatures and, most recently, in the current presidential race. Major Tea Party leaders have voted Agenda 21 to be one of their top two issues and many candidates for local and state office are making it a major issue in their campaigns. As a direct result, nine communities have now voted to end Agenda 21 policies and hundreds more are working toward that goal.
This major push against Agenda 21 started last August, 2010 with the Freedom Action National Conference on the same hallowed ground where George Washington revitalized his starving and defeated troops to go on to win American freedom. And it looks like history may be repeating itself. The Freedom Action National Conference was an amazing, unique event that created a starting point where Americans can begin the process to diminish the growing tyranny of government.

Let’s take his latest of his many, many vacations. His loverly wife, Michelle, had the government fly her via helicopter and a government jet to their rented vacation estate at Martha’s Vineyard ahead of time so that she could luxuriate for a little longer. Bad enough, of course, as she could have just waited until hubby Barack was ready to go.
But el Presidente Obama upped her by taking TWO helicopters AND Air Force One to make the 500 mile journey.
But that is obviously not his only travel indulgences. This “well deserved” vacation comes right on the heels of his Midwest misery tour during which el presidente rode in a multimillion dollar motorcade in Canadian-made busses, dozens of cars and SUVs and hundreds of Secret Service and support personnel costing the taxpayers a pretty penny.
The bus Obama traveled in was a $1.1 million vehicle made in Canada. He had two of these buses with him, so the cost to the taxpayer was $2.2 million just to purchase the vehicles.
This doesn’t count the millions it cost to transport all his Secret Service and support staff, feeding and caring for them, and the many thousands of overtime man hours that was incurred by the many towns and cities Obama visited, costs all borne by the taxpayer.
Worse, this is little else but an Obama re-election campaign trip, yet the American people was forced to pick up the tab for this wasted millions.
Michelle herself is also a bottomless pit of travel expense for the American people. This latest trip where she went early cost the taxpayers thousands and last December Michelle’s expenses likely topped $100,000 for her Hawaii vacation.
But this is nothing new for el Presidente Obama. Let us recall el Heffe Obama’s nearly $200,000 “Date night” from 2009 when he “surprised” Michelle with a trip to New York’s Broadway.
In fact, this imperial president and his brood has been racking up millions in travel expenses, luxurious vacations, and overseas trips since the day he waltzed into the White House.
What happened to all that “sacrifice” he keeps talking about? It’s just another for thee and not for me Obamaism.

]]>The first step in recognizing and then correcting any problem is the proper identification of the problem. Thus far, none of the media have been willing to do so. Instead, as has been so for decades, their paychecks and ’desirable’ cocktail party invitations appear to hinge upon the spreading of lies for the ruling politicos and elites. So, it seems that they, too, believe they will benefit from the destruction of the USA. Apparently, they have either never heard (or have rejected outright) the accurate assessment “although the crocodile may eat you last…it will, nonetheless, eat you sooner or later.”
But, I digress…let’s get to the game.
There are only a few rules to the Obama Death-to-the-USA game. But, they must be followed unconditionally in the mode of a true believing totalitarian.
First and foremost, you must approach the game with both the attitude and the conviction that US laws do not apply to you. Understand that once you have joined Obama in his Death-to-the-USA game, you must operate under the illusion that the dictator and usurper-in-chief views you as a neo-elitist and, therefore, will afford you additional points each time you ignore and openly sneer at the laws of the United States of America. Note: 500 bonus points will be awarded to you every time you bypass any and all federal judges’ order…including Supreme Court Associate Justices. Note 2: No bonus points are currently being given for defying the US Congress, as they are already collaborating with Obama and are actively playing the game.
You must also ensure that the new laws (the ones Tyrant Obama and his lackeys have spoken) apply only to those whom Obama decides must obey them. All others—until he changes his mind—are exempt. You must follow the dictates of Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder that no voter intimidation by black people against white people will be prosecuted and if a protected class of individuals—i.e. the New Black Panthers—are convicted of crimes the convictions are to be (illegally) overturned. You must remember and be prepared to quote—verbatim—Holder’s words: “When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia [to white people], which was inappropriate .. .to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for MY people!” and “To compare that kind of courage, that kind of action, to say some Black Panther incident is of greater concern to us, historically, I think just flies in the face of history!” If you’re Caucasian, you must be prepared to sneer at yourself each time you see a mirror and apologize profusely to everyone you pass on the street for your race.
Even though it will probably destroy you and almost everyone you know, you are required to support Obama’s continuing moves of what’s left of the US economy (US Treasury funds) to any port of his choosing. Very Important Note: If you are fortunate enough to discover where the funds have been moved (a HUGE bonus of 1 Trillion bonus points…good job!), you must never reveal it to anyone. If you do, you will lose all of your gained (not “earned” as Obama and the other Marxist-Leninists do not want any more people working) bonus points, you will be stripped of your elitist status and shipped to one of the nationwide FEMA camps. In other words, unless you are planning to join the “terrorist” constitutionalists and really work to save the country, DO NOT BE TEMPTED.
A few other miscellaneous rules are:
1. You may not be a Christian and probably shouldn’t be a Jew. These religions are considered to be terrorist in nature by the Obama syndicate
2. You must be a Muslim, atheist or worship Gaia
3. You must loudly profess with wild eyes “Spend, spend, spend until it’s all gone!”
4. You must learn to refer to your former friends and those who still oppose Obama as “the great unwashed masses,” the “proletariat” or “TEA Party terrorists”
5. You must tell all who disagree with Obama on anything: “You’re a racist!!!” This must be practiced with conviction.
Now, you’re almost ready to begin. Oh…there is one last thing. Despite all evidence of your eyes and ears and what used to be your sanity, you—and this is really important—MUST suspend your logic and reasoning as to what Obama is really doing. Although it’s obvious to those who are still rational—those who are now called “terrorists” by the Obama syndicate—you must join the other ObamaMedia and talking heads in saying and asking “If only Obama would X (you fill in your own solution) he would put us back on the right track toward beginning to save our economy” and “Why doesn’t Obama do “Y” to help the economy?”

]]>The Republicans are making a very tepid attempt to cultivate the Hispanic vote by seeking to find 100 candidates for office. Considering the fact there are perhaps thousands of elected offices around the United States, an attempt to find only 100 qualified candidates is a very pathetic effort. Now if they would modify that plan to find these candidates to run for the United States Senate or House of Representatives, the idea would be far more respectful.
The Democrats are even worse in their attempts to insure Hispanics remain loyal to the donkey brand. They have already launched political advertising in both English and Spanish to remind the Hispanic population of all the promises they have made to that specific ethnic group. These ads also remind them the world, as they know it, will end if any of them vote for someone wearing the GOP label. In reality, most people already know those promises made by politicians to Hispanics have never been kept…and the world will not explode if a Republican wins office. Regardless, those ads will continue for months.
For some strange reason both of the major political parties treat Hispanics as if they were a monolithic population. With that narrow logic they are really off target. My next-door neighbors are Hispanic. The president, president-elect, secretary and treasurer of my Rotary club are Hispanic. The woman I report to, as a media consultant is Hispanic. Ninety percent of the people in my county are Hispanic…and they are all markedly different in their outlook, their attitudes, their beliefs and their lives. I could never place one of them in the same category as another. But, the political leaders of this country seem to think they can place specific labels on this segment of our national population.
For decades the Democrats have attempted to subjugate the immigrants from south of our border and mold them into faithful followers of the party line. With those of less education, there is the continuing practice of instilling fear of the rival political body. Rewards from the public purse have also been promised to those who faithfully pull the correct party lever in the voting booth. A silent system of patronage is also prevalent in those areas where Hispanics were voted into public offices.
Republicans usually were found wanting due to their sins of omission. They just pretended Hispanics did not exist. It was better to just keep looking in another direction. Why? They did not want to interfere with the flow of low cost labor to the farms and factories, the construction projects and the domestic markets that helped to fund the GOP. Republicans also had a negative faction work its way into the party. Sadly, the leadership failed to remove or silence the race baiters and secure border extremists from their ranks until it was a problem almost too difficult to resolve.
So now the Silly Season is starting to rev up its engines and get ready for the big race. Will the Democrats address the Hispanic population in a mature and honest manner…and for once keep old the pledges and promises made during the campaign? There is not one chance in a million!
Will the Republicans start treating Hispanics as a very important constituency and get rid of those kooky fringe elements we have seen in every election. It is a very improbable possibility.
The Hispanic voter will once again need to figure our how he or she wants this country to move. Since only 14% of our population now believes we are heading in the right direction, perhaps they can help with a course correction.

Note: These exposed faux Conservatives have now taken the position that they too are part of the upper-level ruling class. When one disagrees on true principle of working to actually save this country the increasingly “go along to get along” or “Republicans only have one chamber of the legislative branch so we can’t really do anything yet” attitude from these folks, one is dismissed as being too stupid to understand the complex implications (i.e. vagaries) of the message. Apparently, the 2010 mid-term ‘shellacking’ is now forgotten or brushed off by these lost souls as well as the totalitarian rulers in Congress.
Yes…We-the-People have been sold out to the globalists who, along with our own elected leaders under their leader Obama, have almost completely gutted the US Treasury. Our GNP growth is only at 1.3% and we suspect even that figure will be lowered in a month or so. Were you aware that Apple, Inc. is now reported to have more money than the US Treasury? Obama has done his job in record time. No wonder he’s still smiling! None of the people in either political party who currently plan to run for POTUS in 2012 seem ethical enough or capable enough of helping to save this country. I believe that job now firmly lies first and foremost with God and then with We-the-People (assuming we ever get off of our duffs and start real protests to end this debacle we have allowed). Our country is being murdered by establishment and totalitarian members of Congress and an illegal president who swore to destroy the county after being elected. ]]>That’s right, the fireman’s union decided that their union agenda was more important than supporting a memorial to their brethren that died on Sept. 11, 2001. Their union agenda was even more important than patriotism and an Independence Day parade.
Imagine that. These union thugs despoiled the memory of the Sept. 11 fallen and used them in order to make points for their union ideals and political policies.
What could be more disgusting?
The man in the middle is Matt Gorniak, a Milwaukee-area fire lieutenant, who was the driving force behind the 2011 float idea. Naturally, he assumed that his fireman brothers would love to join him to honor those police and firemen that died at the hands of our enemies on Sept. 11. Boy was he wrong. The union took a stand against his float because Gorniak happened to have left the union this year.
Gorniak took advantage of a little used clause in Wisconsin state law that allowed him to opt out of the fireman’s union because he sided against the union’s political agenda. He wasn’t the only one, either. Several firemen joined him in his protest.
But because of Gorniak’s action the union bosses decided to prevent other firemen from joining him on his parade float honoring the 911 fallen.
Gorniak even told the union that he’d step back and allow the union to decide whom to allow on the float but the union turned its back on him anyway. “I was shocked at the response,” Gorniak told reporters.
Gorniak has vowed to carry on with the parade float and has offered an open invitation to any fireman that wants to join him.
Another firefighter that opted out of the union told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he felt a backlash would occur once word got out about what the union was doing.
Mike Gabby told the paper, “I’ve got to think most of the guys would agree with me: This has nothing to do with politics.”
Ah, but when it comes to union thugs there is no memorial, no patriotism, no coming together unless the union agenda is satisfied first, foremost, and above everything else.
Like I said, when a union finds its own petty hatreds getting in the way of patriotism, civic duty, and a memorial to the fallen, then that union has lost its legitimacy. But this is just the thing. It is always thus, if you will. Unions don’t care about God, Country, and Community. They care only about unions. And this why it is detrimental to the public safety to allow people whose job it is to save lives to join unions.
You see, as far as union bosses are concerned, union rules, union needs, union desires, toeing the union line all come before public safety and what is best for the people.
Simply put, government employees should never, ever be allowed to have a union. Government unions are antithetical to good government and actually dangerous to public safety. This little tale is just one more example of that.
